It is a chance to educate the patriotic tradition, “Uong nuoc nho nguon” (When you eat a fruit, think of the man who planted the tree) moral standard for Vietnamese youth, at the same time improving awareness of heritage values. It is also an opportunity to confirm the Vietnam’s position and international prestige in UNESCO.
Acting a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN), UNESCO contributes to peace and security by promoting international collaboration through education, science, and culture to further universal respect for justice, the rule of law, and human rights along with fundamental freedom proclaimed in the UN Charter.
