Viet Nam to participate in the largest international tourism exhibition in Russia

(TITC) – From 23 – 26 March 2016, Viet Nam will participate in the 23rd Moscow International Travel and Tourism (MITT) Exhibition 2016 in the Expocentre in Moscow’s city centre (Russia Federation) with the aim to promote the country’s tourism and seek opportunity to cooperate with international partners.

Attending MITT Exhibition 2016, Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) will collaborate with Vietnam Airlines to build a booth of Viet Nam tourism covering 72m2 with the participation of several localities, tourism associations, tourism enterprises and Vietnamese artists.

In the framework of the exhibition, Viet Nam delegation will organize a series of tourism promotion activities. Particularly, a press conference held on 23 March 2016 is expected to attract about 100 international tourism enterprises and media agencies.

In addition, VNAT will have meetings with tourism authorities of some nations, Russian tourism association and international tourism businesses.

At the Viet Nam’s booth, many art performances will also take place to introduce Vietnamese culture and arts to visitors.

Held annually in Moscow since 1994, MITT Exhibition attracted the participation of national tourism boards, tourism enterprises from more than 200 countries and territories. This is the largest tourism exhibition in Russia and considered as one of top 5 events of the tourism industry in the world.

MITT 2016 is a good chance to promote Viet Nam’s image and people to international friends, especially to Russians - an important source market of Viet Nam tourism.
