1,000 chefs to participate in French Gastronomy Event in Viet Nam

As many of 1,000 international chefs will take part in the "Gout de France" (Taste of France) on March 21st to popularize French cuisine in Viet Nam.

25 prestigious restaurants in Viet Nam’s major cities, including Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh, Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An, will participate in the event.

The event will mark the second concrete demonstration of French cuisine’s recent listing in the "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity" category by UNESCO, granted for its influence around the world.

Dinners served in participating restaurants will once again honor the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation and its values of enjoying and respecting the principles of high-quality and environmentally responsible cuisine.
