Photos highlighting Viet Nam’s world heritages on display in RoK

Photos of Viet Nam’s world heritages are being exhibited at the Yoondang Arts Hall in the Republic of Korea’s capital Seoul.

The May 23-30 exhibition, introduces to Korean people about 100 photos featuring 16 of Viet Nam’s UNESCO-recognised heritages, including the complex of Hue monuments, Ha Long Bay, Phong Nha-Khe Bang National Park, Hue royal court music, and the Central Highlands Cultural Space of Gongs.

The event is coorganised by the Korean Cultural Centre in Viet Nam (KCCV) and Viet Nam’s Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

KCCV Director Park Nark Jong said this is the first time his centre has brought photos of Viet Nam to the RoK, adding that more similar events will be held in the near future to boost cultural exchanges between the two countries.
