The Prime Minister has approved a plan to build a Vietnamese Cultural Centre in Laos to introduce Viet Nam’s land, people and culture in the neighbouring country.
The project is in accordance with the Party’s guidelines and policies and the State’s regulations on culture and information diplomacy to honor Viet Nam’s culture and cultural exchanges with other nations, in particular with Laos.
The center will become a symbol of Viet Nam’s culture in Laos, and a national-level project in Laos in accordance with Viet Nam’s laws and international regulations.
The centre will be located in Vientiane and run by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnamese Embassy to Laos.
