Over 38,600 visitors arrived at Kim Lien relic site in Nam Dan district, the central province of Nghe An from May 17-19, on the occasion of the 128th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19).

During the period, the site welcomed over 12,000 each day.
There were 880 delegations, including over 221 foreigners, marking an increase of 18,000 visitors from 2017.
Nguyen Bao Tuan, Director of the Kim Lien relic site, said President’s this year birthday coincides with weekend so that the site recorded a hike in tourist arrivals.
Moreover, Sen village festival in the site also attracted crowds with a singing and beauty competition, and a youth camp.
From May 10-20, the site will be open further one hour to serve tourists.
This year, the site is expected to welcome more than 1.8 million visitors.
