Khanh Hoa greeted 520,000 tourist arrivals in May 2018, up 20.9% over a year earlier, in which 215,000 were foreigners, up nearly 53.7%, according to the provincial Department of Tourism.

From the start of the year, the central coastal locality welcomed more than 2.44 million tourists, a year-on-year rise of 20.75%. This figure included over 1.17 million foreigners, a 49.89% increase.
Total tourism turnover reached around VND12.269 trillion, including VND7.78 trillion from accommodation establishments and the rest from travel businesses, transporters and tourist attractions.
