The resort on Phu Quoc Island has also broadened guests’ access to local flavors. On Thursday evenings, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., the resort hosts a mini Vietnamese street food market at the charming Secret Garden Restaurant.
Specialties include fresh spring rolls and salads with a Vietnamese twist such as pomelo with calamari and shrimp, and grilled eggplant with tofu.
Live cooking stations give guests a chance to experience sights, sounds and smells of an authentic street food market, with fresh meat and seafood grilled over hot spitting coals, and skilled local chefs preparing everything right before diners’ eyes.
To celebrate the new additions, the resort has launched a “First Anniversary Special Offer” for guests who book and stay from now till September 30.
