The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will work with the Vietnamese embassy in the UK to promote Vietnamese tourism in 27 taxis in London.
The programme, scheduled to begin on July 7, is part of a series of activities to advertise Vietnam in the UK. It will run for 6 months.
It hopes to make a strong impression about Vietnamese culture and tourism on the international community.
Earlier, on September 2008, images of Halong Bay and Vietnamese girls wearing ao dai (traditional long dress) with the slogan “Charming Vietnam†were also posted in London’s taxis.
