Vietnam’s culture introduced in Lyon, France
Update: Jul 28, 2009
Leaders of the Vietnamese Cultural Centre in France held a working session with the Vietnamese Overseas branch in Lyon on July 27 to plan events to introduce Vietnamese culture in this city.

Lyon attracts many Vietnamese people to live and work there. The aim of the working session was to discuss activities that would interest Vietnamese and French people alike and promote cooperation in economics, trade and education between Vietnam and France.

To mark Vietnam's National Day on September 2, the centre will coordinate with the Vietnamese overseas community in Lyon to organize an exhibition, a film festival and other activities.

In 2010, a series of activities will be held in France to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.
