US to make film about Vietnam’s largest grotto

The management board of the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park said that film makers from the US prestigious National Geographic Magazine will shoot a film about the Son Dong Grotto, the largest one in the National Park, starting on March 11.

The leading experts of grotto study from the UK’s Royal explorers group will be the leader of the crew. They have also invited experts from the Hanoi University of Natural Study to survey the grotto and explore the remaining unknown grottoes.

The film will be dubbed into different languages to be screened in over 100 countries.
