An ancient stone stele has been discovered by farmers in Dak Po rural District in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai.
The stele, which is 1.6m wide, 2m high and 1.4m thick, shows sophisticatedly-carved characters on both of its sides.
Despite being buried for a long time underground, many of these characters are still readable and culture experts said they are possibly sanskrit of the ancient Cham people.
