According to the Embassy of Korea in Vietnam, the Vietnam-Korea gastronomy and cultural festival 2013 will take place at the Calidas Keangnam Hotel’s garden in Hanoi from November 16-17.
Visitors will have a chance to enjoy distinguished dishes, diverse musical shows by famous troupes of both countries, along with typical fashion shows featuring Ao dai and Hanbok, and film screenings; participate in lucky draws, and take a city view from the building’s 72nd floor.
Last year’s event attracted about 70,000 visitors, collecting USD19,000 to support poor Vietnamese people.
This year, entrance tickets will be VND10,000. The sum of entrance tickets and money raised during the festival will be used to support flood victims in central Vietnam.
