Saigontourist Travel Service Company has introduced its new tours which will take visitors from HCMC and Hanoi to the central region including Vung Chua in the north-central province of Quang Binh to visit the grave of late General Vo Nguyen Giap.
For tourists in HCMC, the tours will depart every Sunday taking in tourist destinations like Vung Chua and Phong Nha in Quang Binh and Quang Tri, Hue and Danang for four days.
Visitors will have a chance to admire beautiful scenes of the World Heritage sites and Phong Nha Bay, stroll around the ancient town of Hoi An and visit relics such as Hien Luong Bridge, Ben Hai River and La Vang Church in Quang Tri and Thien Mu Pagoda in Thua Thien-Hue.
In particular, visitors can drop by the grave of late General Vo Nguyen Giap, widely seen as a national hero, to offer incense. The tours are priced at VND4.69 million a person, exclusive of air tickets.
Meanwhile, visitors in Hanoi will be taken to Vung Chua, Phong Nha and Thien Duong Cave at VND3.87 million a person, also exclusive of air tickets.
