According to the Hanoi city Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, a Hanoi spring programme will take place at the Quan Ngua Sports Centre from January 21-26.
This is one of major cultural activities held on the occasion of Tet 2014, and marks the 84th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (Mar. 3).
In addition, on January 30, art performances will be held at Ly Thai To statue area, Hanoi Opera House square, Ha Dong district centre, Thong Nhat Park gate, Ngoc Son Temple and in 29 districts and towns.
From February 2nd-5th, art performances and sports demonstrations will be held to mark the founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and spring.
Hanoi city Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will coordinate with press agencies to exhibit spring newspapers at Hanoi library.
