From June 24 to July 2, a delegation from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism led by Minister Hoang Tuan Anh, participated in Vietnamese Cultural Days in the Russian Federation in Moscow, St Petersburg and Yaroslavl.
The event is being held by the Department of International Cooperation under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Central Light Music, the Dance and Song Theatre, the Viet Nam National Academy of Music, the Department of Cinema, the Vietnam Institute of Culture and Arts Studies, the Viet Nam Museum of Fine Arts, the Vietnam Administration of Tourism and the General Department of Sports.
The event includes performances of contemporary and traditional dance and music, performances of Viet Nam martial arts, a Viet Nam fashion show, a Viet Nam Lacquer Painting exhibition, a discussion about cultural art cooperation and the screening of excellent cinematic works of Viet Nam.
The opening ceremony of Vietnamese Russian Days took place on June 25 in Moscow. The artistic performances will take place in St Petersburg and Yaroslavl from June 26 to July 1.
