VietJet Air to open five weekly flights to Taipei

The low-cost carrier VietJet Air on November 5th announced its launch of a new air route between Ho Chi Minh city and Taipei from December 12th.

One return flight will be available every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, leaving HCMC at 2.30pm and arriving in Taipei at 6.55pm with a flight time of about 3 hours and 25 minutes. The return flight from Taipei will depart at 8pm and arrive in HCMC at 10.25pm.

To celebrate the opening of the new route, the carrier will run a promotion from November 11-13 with from VND0 air tickets for passengers. The tickets will be sold on online internet channels www.Vietjetair.com or www.facebook.com/Vietjetairvietnam.

In the near future, VietJet Air plans to open additional flights from Gaoxiong and Tai zhong to Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi.
