For two consecutive years, the same four Vietnamese hotels achieved coveted placement on the T+L 500, an awards list compiled by Travel + Leisure Magazine in the U.S.
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi
The named hotels were the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, The Nam Hai Hoi An, La Residence Hotel & Spa in Hue and Park Hyatt Saigon.
The Metropole, Nam Hai and La Residence also won Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers Choice Awards (RCA), announced in late October. Both the RCA and the T+L 500 are based on surveys completed by readers.
Travel + Leisure is the highest circulating travel magazine in the U.S. with a monthly circulation of 960,000.
From December 15, 2013 to March 31, 2014, readers of the magazine completed surveys online, rating hotels across a variety of categories, including rooms and facilities, location, service, restaurants and food, and value.
