Covering nearly 400 square metres at lots 87 - 88, Street No.1, Phu Dien Ward, the four - floor facility includes dining areas, conference space, and dedicated zones for prayer and ablution.

The restaurant is designed to serve a diverse clientele, including local and international Muslim visitors, as well as those seeking food prepared under rigorous cleanliness standards.

According to founder An Thanh Nhan, Halal - Arabic for “permissible”- represents more than a dietary label. It encompasses a tightly controlled food production chain that excludes prohibited ingredients, minimises the risk of contamination, and adheres to ethical and hygienic preparation guidelines.

These practices are supervised locally by Halal Viet Nam HVN, a certifying body operating within the country.

The arrival of the new venue contributes to the city’s ongoing development of service infrastructure tailored to Muslim tourists.

It aligns with broader efforts to enhance Ha Noi’s appeal to Muslim travellers, a global community of over 2.3 billion people spanning multiple regions, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
