TMGH launches first Spice Viet restaurant in Hue
Update: Apr 18, 2017
TMGH, a leader in hospitality management in Southeast Asia with three- and four-star properties, cruises, restaurants and premium transportation options, has recently opened its first restaurant, Spice Viet, in Hue City.

The farm-to-table, casual dining restaurant makes use of fresh, seasonal ingredients from local sources within a radius of just 30km of the restaurant located at one of Hue’s main thoroughfares at 15 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, near the Huong River and the former citadel.

Spice Viet features nine different six-course set menus starting at VND150,000 per person including royal tea and a signature infused rice wine shooter.

The menus offer a wide range of Vietnamese favorites from different parts of the country as well as Hue specialties like green fig salad with river shrimp and Hue lemongrass skewers, ideal for diners and tour groups looking to sample authentic, healthy Vietnamese cuisine.

This is the first in the Spice Viet restaurant chain.

TMGH’s management portfolio encompasses international-standard hotel brands across Viet Nam and Laos including EMM Hotels & Resorts and Mai Chau Lodge as well as seven boats under L’Azalée Cruises and Emeraude Cruise and three seaplanes under Hai Au Aviation in Halong Bay.
