Vietjet will accompany the 2017 Viet Nam Heritage Photo Awards, which was launched on July 10, as a transportation sponsor.
This is the 6th edition of the awards in celebration of the 72nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh signing the first decree to preserve the traditional and national heritage (23/11/1945 - 23/11/2017).
Being with the awards, Vietjet looks to introduce and bring Vietnamese traditional and cultural values to the awards participants, visitors, the youth and international friends; enhance public awareness about the discovery of natural and cultural values to be preserved.
The airline will also offer domestic and international tourists free air tickets along with interesting gifts when they join the contest about Viet Nam heritage.
Besides the traditional topics such as the nature (sceneries, sea resources, forest resources, soil resources, wild animals and plants and the environment..); physical culture (architecture, sculpture, painting, historical and cultural sites, antiques, national precious objects,..) non-physical cultures (people’s livelihood, rituals, biography photos,..), the awards also introduce a new topic on the traditional market.
The top 100 works will be exhibited online and in three cities of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Ha Noi in late October 2017. Final result will be announced on Viet Nam’s Cultural Heritage Day (November 23).
