Marriott International continues its robust expansion with news of the signing of a contract to construct a new property on an island a short distance from the popular beachside resort of Nha Trang in southern Viet Nam.
The new Courtyard by Marriott Nha Trang Hon Tam Resort featuring 373 guestrooms will be built just a 20-minute boat ride away from the city of Nha Trang on an exclusive resort island facing the East Sea.
We are thrilled to have been hired to build the new Courtyard by Marriott project on the picturesque resort island, said Doan Van Trang, chair of Hon Tam Nha Trang Sea JSC, the construction manager.
The location is within easy access to key attractions including the Vinpearl Amusement Park, Long Beach and the historic Po Nagar Cham Towers. Construction is scheduled to start in 2018 and the resort open in 2020.
