Saigon Café on level 1 of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers will host a Swiss-themed buffet night on August 4-5 on the occasion of Swiss National Day (August 2).
Gastronomers will have a chance to savor authentic Swiss dishes including beer cured salmon served with lemon drizzle, roasted leg of lamb with rosemary jus, roasted pork loin with caramelized onions and mustard sauce, steamed sole with spinach and citrus beur blanc, chicken shawama, prawn fritter and teriyaki salmon head.
There is a sweet corner with choices of chocolate buffet with pralines and fondue, fresh seasonal fruits, mouthwatering authentic Swiss cakes and especially Teppanyaki ice cream station with favorite toppings.
The buffet is priced at VND1.3 million++ per person on August 1 and VND1.4 million++ on August 4-5. It is available from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Furthermore, Mojo Café on Dong Khoi Street will be featuring Japanese dishes including seafood Udon, Tepanyaki or Spicy Salmon Sushi to meet diverse demand of Japanese food-lovers.
The café also serves a flavorful Japanese-themed collection of drinks including Matcha Latte hot & cold and Midori Shaker.
