According to the organization board, the festa will feature a series of cultural and art activities such as water puppetry performance, Ao dai show, traditional musical concerts. Besides, seminars on cooperation in the fields of tourism, culture, trade and investment between the two countries will be also held in the framework of the festa.

The festa is expected to have the participation of Vietnamese enterprises with hundreds of booths of cuisine, handicraft products, display of Vietnamese flower paintings and lanterns and tourism products which are promised to bring the Japanese public unique experience on Vietnamese culture. The organisation board hopes to lure more than 400,000 visitor arrivals, surpassing the figure of 2016 (330,000 arrivals).

Organised since 2015, Viet Nam Festa in Kanagawa has been an important annual cultural event which aims to boost friendship relationship between Viet Nam-Japan and contributes to sustainable cooperation development of the two countries.
