The event will be held in Yen Bai province’s Nghia Lo town with interesting activities such as a street food space, street performances, competitions and performances of traditional sports, photo exhibitions, and so on.
After the opening ceremony of the Week on September 21, the organizers will organize on Sept. 22 an exploration of terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai, a paragliding performance "Flying on the golden season”, goat fighting, Khen dancing competition and community tourism activities with locals on terraced fields in communes of La Pan Tan, Che Cu Nha and Nam Khat.
Coming to Yen Bai in September, visitors will have a chance to visit the Tien Nu cave, which was opened to public in early 2018. The newly-founded natural cave, 1,000m in length, located at the foot of the Khau Pha pass, will attract tourists with mysterious stories of the Thai ethnic minority people.
In addition, the organizers will hold an off-road car tour between September 21 and 25 to help visitors fully enjoy ripening rice fields along the roads to the province.
