Saigontourist Travel Service Company said that it welcomed 20 MICE delegations totaling nearly 4,000 visitors at famous resort sites such as Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, and Dalat in June.
This has brought the total number of its MICE tourists in the first six months of the year to 8,600, up 27% against the same period last year.
MICE Tourism is an acronym for Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition.
Saigontourist continues to take the lead in organizing MICE programmes and conducting special tours at the request of visitors. In early June, it carried out a MICE programme for 130 tourists from Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the US and Germany.
Saigontourist has expanded its MICE tours overseas to almost all nations and territories in the world such as the US, Europe, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, South Africa, Canada, Japan, the Republic of Korea and Russia.
