Quang Ninh waters, concentrated in Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and Co To Islands, are home to many beautiful coral reefs with high biodiversity, according to scientists from the Institute of Marine Environment Resources (under Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology).
