Are you so confused to look for a fresh and cool place to entertain yourself or to have a night out with friends? If yes, do not miss the unique atmosphere of the Hard Rock Café located in the Kumho Plaza, Hai Ba Trung Street, District 1, HCMC.

This is where you could find some special drinks and foods to enjoy as well as discovering a memorabilia collection of musical instruments and costumes of many Rock ‘n’ Roll legends are first unveiled in Vietnam.

Guests will be surprised when entering the Hard Rock Café because it doesn’t have anything unruly or wild in decoration or theme colors as a normal rock café. In contrast, the Hard Rock Café is cozy, spacious and friendly like a museum of music with many memorabilia like guitars; records of many stars hang formally on walls leading from the gate to a long corridor.

The Hard Rock Café covers a 610m² area which includes seating for 205 or standing for 400. A modern lighting system spreads yellow light onto all the furniture making a pleasant feeling for anyone who first steps into the hall of the café. Right in the center of the hall is a big stage where many local bands as well as foreign bands perform five days a week.

Sitting on comfortable chairs, listening to interesting music and being surrounded by many Rock ‘n’ Roll stars like Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, Jon Bon Jovi and Madonna, bring guests an unidentified feeling. The environment of Hard Rock Café is suitable for everyone. You can come here with friends, families or colleagues to relax after work in a rock-spirit space to enjoy distinguished food and beverages marked in Hard Rock Café style.

“We have to spend much time and effort in doing research about the hobbies and music trends of people in Vietnam then make a report on this survey and send it to the Hard Rock International in the U.S. to choose suitable memorabilia to display at the Hard Rock Café HCMC,” said Stephane Grenier, general manager of Hard Rock Café HCMC.

The Hard Rock International, which has a total of 157 venues in 53 countries, including 127 cafes and 12 Hotel/Casinos, now owns the incredible number of around 70,000 memorabilia which were collected from donations, auctions, private collections and directly from artists.

Particularly, the Hard Rock Café HCMC has tens of memorabilia of many stars, including a bandana worn by renowned left-hand guitarist Jimi Hendrix, a white dress designed and worn by singer Shakira in her world tour, a suit worn by John Lennon, a guitar signed by two members of the Eagles, a band which has been very popular in Vietnam for their song Hotel California, and other valuable keepsakes of Elvis Presley, Jon Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart and Madonna.

Located in the Hard Rock Café is the Rock Shop where customers can buy many special Hard Rock souvenirs produced in limited quantities such as T-shirts, accessories (gloves, scarves, key chains, etc.) and printed Hard Rock Café logos with eye-catching designs and colors in the style of rock.

“I would like Hard Rock Café to be a habitual address to everyone at any age, at any social rank. They will be all welcomed here for the only reason – the love for music,” Grnier added.

The unique collection is for public view from December 15-21.
