Aiming to have abundant destinations and tourist products, the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has approved a document asking relevant agencies to survey and select places to build gastronomy and souvenir areas for tourists in Ha Long.
The department reported that it asked the Ha Long People's Committee and the city Department of Industry and Trade to soon set up planning and select a suitable place for the gastronomy and souvenir area.
In addition, the department called upon investors and mobilized businesses to take part in the project.
Accordingly, Thanh Nien (Youth) Ltd., Co asked permission to invest in the Youth tourism area in Bai Chay, Ha Long, including gastronomy, art performance and other services.
