This is part of a tourism promotion project between Ha Noi and Tokyo which is implemented in September and October.
Tokyo covered the whole project expense which is estimated at VND3 billion.
Meanwhile, Ha Noi will popularise the image of Tokyo on information systems and electronic tables in January and February 2015.
The project was initiated by the Council for Promoting Tourism in Asia (CPTA) which includes 8 member cities of Ha Noi, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, New Delhi, Bangkok, Taipei, and Seoul.
