Starting from 26 November, an audio guide app is being trialled at the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture. The purpose is to diversify and improve the quality of guide services at the museum.
The app service costs 20,000 VND per person, half the price of the museum’s current admission fee, but anyone who visits the museum from 26 to 29 November can use the audio guide app free-of-charge.
During the trial period, visitors can access audio recordings in Vietnamese and English. These detail the history, origin, place names and information about available artifacts which are being displayed at 4 large galleries, namely My Son, Tra Kieu, Dong Duong (Indochina) and Thap Mam (Mam Tower). Tone generators, along with earphones, are available at the museum’s reception area.
