According to the company, free cable tickets will be for Vietnamese people who are monks, people over age 70, children under 1.2 meter in height and invalids.

People over age 70 must show their identity cards or membership card of elders’ association and war invalids show their war invalid cards to join the program.

Especially, from June 1 to August 8, students who have student cards or adults who are born after 1993 can also use free cable.
