On July 28, manager of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism informed Plan to organize some activities on August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2015) and Vietnamese National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2015).
On the morning of September 2, a special arts program ‘Viet Nam - Ho Chi Minh’ will be held at 8pm on September 2 at the National Convention Centre. The program has attracted the participation of artists from the Viet Nam National Music Song and Dance Theatre, Viet Bac Traditional Music Song and Dance Theatre, the Military University of Culture and Arts, the Thai Nguyen art troupe, Viet Nam National Academy of Music, the Army Cheo Theatre, the Viet Nam College of Dance and the Viet Nam Circus Federation.
Ha Noi city will organize some meaningful activities such as organizing the scientific seminar titled “Ha Noi capital: Tradition, human resource and developing orientation”; dialogue “ Nhung nguoi viet len huyen thoai”; exhibition “ 70 years for building the State for people according to Ho Chi Minh’s example.”; exhibition “ Hao khi cach mang mua thu” as well as other activities.
Additionally, a grand parade attracting around 2,500 artisans and artists will be staged in Ha Noi. The parade, taking place along the Hung Vuong Boulevard and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, will feature historical landmarks of the country as well as the aspiration for development of the Vietnamese people.
Some activities of culture, arts and sports on 70 years for August Revolution and National Day will organize in Ly Thai To flower garden, August Revolution Square, Opera Theatre, My Dinh stadium and Ha Dong stage. On the evening of September 02, Ha Noi will organize the firework festival in 05 locations: Hoan Kiem Lake, Reunification Park, Van Quan Lake, My Dinh stadium and West lake. The budget is extracted from the socialized source without the stage budget.
