(TITC) – On July 20, 2015, People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District organized the opening ceremony of Hoan Kiem Lake Cultural Information Centre at 2 Le Thai To Street, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi.
Hoan Kiem Lake is well known for the harmony of nature, architecture and people. For Vietnamese people, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple have become Ha Noi’s symbol. Hoan Kiem Lake tourist area includes The Huc Bridge and Thap But (Pen Tower), in addition to Ba Kieu Temple, King Le Temple, Ly Thai To Statue, Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square in the surroundings imbued with the capital’s cultural, historical values. In 2013, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple were ranked as Special National Monuments.
The Hoan Kiem Lake Cultural Information Centre was built on an area of 242.2sqm with 1 basement, 3 floors and 1 attic. The 1st and 2nd floors are space for exhibits and information on Hoan Kiem Lake. The 3rd floor consists of conference rooms and workrooms of management agency.
