A ceremony celebrating the 25th anniversary of UNESCO recognition of the Complex of Hue Monuments as a site of world cultural heritage (December 1993) took place in Hue city, in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue on September 7.
Cultures of countries worldwide will be brought together at the 2016 Hue Festival, which will take place in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue from April 29-May 4, 2016.
The central province of Thua Thien - Hue held a ceremony on December 30 to welcome the 30 millionth tourist in the period of 1994-2014 to the complex of Hue monuments in Hue city, a UNESCO-recognised World Heritage site.
