Pilot use of electric tramcars receives PM’s nod   (Jan 19, 2016)
Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Tan Dung has agreed in principle with the pilot operation of electric tramcars to carry tourists within limited areas in six localities: Hai Phong, Da Nang, Lao Cai, Thua Thien-Hue, Khanh Hoa and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
