The 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival presents a global food journey while showcasing Vietnam as a cultural bridge between nations.
Under the theme "Trip of Flavors - A taste journey around the world," the 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival presents a vibrant mosaic of global cuisine, affirming Vietnam’s image as a "shared home" of world cultures.

The event will take place on November 22 and 23 at the Diplomatic Corps Area under the direction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, coordinated by the Department of Diplomatic Service, in collaboration with the State Protocol Department, the Department of Information and Press, the World and Vietnam Report, and other related agencies and organizations.
According to Hoang Thu Nga, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, this year’s festival has been meticulously prepared with an expanded scale, featuring nearly 120 booths from embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers, local foreign affairs departments, and major enterprises.
“This year’s theme honors cuisine as a journey of emotions and connections, where each dish is not only a flavor but also a story of culture, history, and national identity,” shared Hoang Thu Nga.
In addition, the festival serves as a space for cultural exchange, where food becomes a universal language of peace, creativity, and international friendship.
Unlike previous editions, the 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival marks a significant shift in both organization and attendee experience. For the first time, the event integrates digital technology through the Digital Interaction Corner, where visitors can look up program information, view the event map, explore signature dishes from each country, and engage in various modern multimedia experiences.
The festival will also feature activities such as "Borderless Culinary Diary" - a space preserving fascinating stories about food and people; "Fashion Food Show" - blending performance art with culinary style; and "Global Beer Fest" - a multicultural space showcasing distinctive beers from around the world.
Over its 13-year history, the International Culinary Culture Festival has not only promoted Vietnamese and international culinary cultures, but has also contributed to advancing cultural diplomacy, expanding international cooperation, and honoring the role of cuisine in uniting peoples.
From traditional flavors to modern creations, every dish presented at the festival tells a story of origin and national identity, while reflecting Vietnam’s aspiration for integration, exchange, and shared experiences with global friends.
