One of the best views of Danang City is from the new Linh Ung – Bai But Pagoda in Bai But, Son Tra Peninsula.

There are the two special things in the pagoda - a big statue of the Goddess of Mercy at 67m high on the right hand side and the two rows of 18 white marble arhat statues in the pagoda’s garden.
The towering Goddess of Mercy can be seen from miles around. Local people believe that she will bring happiness in their daily lives so many travelers come to her to pray.
Still uncompleted, the statue has 17 levels inside, with 21 Buddha statues on each.
To get there from town cross Thuan Phuoc Bridge and follow your nose straight to the pagoda, which at over 600m above sea level offers stunning views of the city and Tra Son Beach.
The pagoda covers an area of 12ha and has beautiful gardens with many flowerpots, small flower gardens and large trees. Professional and amateur photographers head there to take shots of the pagoda and of Danang from above.
