The Viet Nam-Israel week of culinary friendship will be hosted in Ha Noi from January 18th to 24th by the Israeli Embassy in Viet Nam and Daluva, a Middle-Eastern gastropub in Ha Noi.
The event is part of a long-term cooperation in arts and culture between Viet Nam and Israel.
Israeli Ambassador to Viet Nam Eilon Shahar said that such cultural exchange is one of the most effective approaches to boost the two countries’ relations. The week will offer an opportunity to introduce Israeli cuisine in general and similarities in Vietnamese and Israeli cuisine in particular.
At the event, Daluva’s chef Shahar S. Lubin will be in charge of serving typical foods to the guests.
