Update: Apr 01, 2016
Moc Chau plateau in the northern upland province of Son La is famous for its tea farms. Nong Truong Moc Chau Town, established in 1968, is the biggest tea growing area of Viet Nam, covering a total of nearly 75 square kilometers.

Farmers in Nong Truong Moc Chau not only cultivate tea to earn a living but also turn their farms into tourist attractions. The farms attract visitors from different parts of the nation. For admission, tourists should buy tickets.

Many couples from the delta areas have come to Moc Chau for wedding photo sessions while visitors from Ha Noi and Sai Gon are usually captivated by the pure beauty of the tea farms in the upland.

In spring, Moc Chau is an ideal destination for tourists who love photography as it is when cherry blossoms and buckwheat flowers bloom.
