Cinema lovers in Hanoi , northern port Hai Phong and central Da Nang cities will have opportunities to enjoy French film during the second French film festival which takes place from October 20-30, 2008.
The “Disco,†starring Emmanuelle Beart, will open the festival themed “A panorama on French movies in Vietnam †in Hanoi on October 20, 2008.
Six comedy, action, animated and historical films will be screened, the organisation board said.
Visiting Vietnam this time, French film makers plan to seek cooperation chances with Vietnamese film producers.
The first French film festival was held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in 2007.
