The event will feature 90 stalls, of which 50 will present Vietnamese dishes and 40 others international culinary delights.

Participating countries, represented by their embassies and cultural centres in Viet Nam, will bring their traditional charms and music to the event.

Ha Noi food signatures include pho, nem ran (spring roll), cha ca (fishcake), and bun thang (a type of noodle soup that contains up to 20 ingredients).
