Vietjet continue to be named for four years in a row in the "Top 100 Viet Nam Best Places to Work 2017” survey, which is jointly conducted by Anphabe, a career networking platform and market research firm Intage Viet Nam.

Vietjet advanced two steps in the 2017’s survey result, standing at the 70th overall and the second in the Tourism-Airline category. The airline is also honored in the Top 50 interesting companies in Viet Nam for having attractive recruiment activities in 2017.
According to the surveyors, the rankings are based on an independent surveys including insight group survey and interview as well as general survey to subjectively record all employees’ feeback. There were 62,800 employees participating in the 2017 survey.
After more than six years of operation, Vietjet has become one of the most favourite working places for the internationals from more than 40 countries and territories. They have been contributing positively to make air travel become a popular means of transport among passengers not only in Viet Nam but also in regional markets.
The airline has been honoured for 32 domestic and ten international accolades, including being named “One of the Top 500 Brands in Asia 2016”, “Viet Nam’s Most Favorite Airline”, “The Best Asian Low Cost Carrier 2015” at the TTG Travel Awards 2015, etc. Vietjet is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) with the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certificate. The airline’s operation safety and technical reliability rates have always been among the highest in Asia Pacific region with a modern and well-furbished fleet and amazing diverse and friendly services.
Vietjet is the first airline in Viet Nam to operate as a new-age airline with low-cost and diversified services to meet customers’ demands. It provides not only transport services but also uses the latest e-commerce technologies to offer various products and services for consumers. Vietjet is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) with the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certificate.
The airline was also named as one of the Top 500 Brands in Asia 2016 by global marketing research company Nielsen and the “Best Asian Low Cost Carrier” at the TTG Travel Awards 2015, which compiles votes from travelers, travel agencies and tour operators in throughout Asia and Asia’s Best Employer Brand by the Employer Branding Institute and World HRD Congress for many years. The airline was also rated as one of the top three fastest growing airline brands on Facebook in the world by Socialbakers.
Currently, the airline boasts a fleet of 55 aircraft, including A320s and A321s, and operates 385 flights each day. It has already transported more than 55 million passengers on a network featuring 82 routes in Viet Nam and across the region to international destinations such as Thailand, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar and Cambodia.
Looking ahead, the airline plans to further expand its network across the Asia Pacific region. To prepare for this plan, Vietjet has signed agreements with the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers to purchase more brand-new and modern aircraft.
