The first Eggs Festival in Ha Noi

( TITC) Eggs Festival is one of the activities within the framework of the programme “Vietnam Family Day in 2022”. It is organised by Vietnam Art Exhibition Centre coordinated with Hanoi Media, Hanoi Chef Association, World Association of Masterchefs in Vietnam, Megalink Co.. The event is named Vietnam and International Cuisine and Culture Festival - Eggs Festival.
 
This is first time ever in Ha Noi, an Egg Festival was held to introduce dishes made from eggs by famous chefs. The festival takes place from 1pm to 6pm on 26th June 2022 at Vietnam Art Exhibition Centre (Van Ho Exhibition), Ha Noi.

For the first time, the public and chefs will have the opportunity to watch live famous chefs cook a variety of dishes from eggs. The theme of the Festival aims to create creativity in egg processing recipes from everyday meals to the most luxurious dishes of Vietnamese and international cuisines.
 
There are 5 famous Vietnamese and international chefs performing unique egg dishes including: Chef Hervé Rodriguez (French Michelin chef, owner and head chef of Herve Dining restaurant, Ho Chi Minh City); Chef Hoang Tung (owner of T.U.N.G Dining restaurant, in the Top 100 best restaurants in Asia in 2021 voted by The World's 50 best); Chef Vo Hoang Nhan (Vietnam Top Chef Champion 2014); Chef Le Xuan Tam (Chairman - World Association of Masterchefs in Vietnam, Head Chef of Moo Beef restaurant); Chef Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quyen (Head Chef at Movenpick Hotel Hanoi).
 
These 5 guest chefs will also act as judges for the contest "Creative Chefs" of egg dishes competed by the chefs from provinces across the country.
 
The  booths in festival will have large businesses in the culinary industry, introducing famous brands and food suppliers, as well as suppliers of kitchen utensils, processing, etc.
 
Visitors will have an opportunity to experience many activities such as taking pictures at the Egg Family check-in area with 3 giant eggs and 50 artistically painted ostrich eggs.
