One of the four best restaurants hailed by CnTraveler is the Da Vittorio, with the eatery serving delicious Italian cuisine, such as Paccheri Pasta, Egg ‘à la Egg’ with Royal Oscietra Caviar, and Tiramisu in the Chocolate Sphere.

A by T.U.N.G is a restaurant run by head chef Hoang Tung, the youngest Vietnamese Chef to rank in the Top 100 of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

“Hoang Tung and his team dispensed with the rustic design of T.U.N.G Dining, their first venture in Hanoi, and created a chic modern space that still harks back to the chef’s formative years in Scandinavia,” says the magazine.

The seasonal menu lists each of its 18+ courses as a pair of ingredients, including eel-garlic, lobster-scallion, and beef-pho.

For example, the pho comes as a thin rectangle of A5 Wagyu seasoned with cham cheo, a kind of highland chimichurri, and topped with a pho broth jelly.

Nen Light is run by chef Summer Le who has long been a champion for cuisine hailing from Central Vietnam.

According to CnTraveler, renowned French chef Dominique Crenn and New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern dropped by Nen Restaurant in Da Nang to savour Le’s take on modern Vietnamese food. Since then she has moved her restaurant to Ho Chi Minh City, with Nen becoming Nen Light.
