The Hanoi city authorities selected Thai Ha and Lo Khe, which are two time-honoured ‘ca tru’ singing clubs in Tay Ho and Dong Anh districts, respectively, to participate in and deliver performances at the festival.

An excerpt from the traditional celebration of the Giong festival at Phu Dong temple in Hanoi’s Gia Lam district will also be reproduced for visitors to Hung Kings Temple Festival.

A procession of seven offerings, a highlight of the Giong festival at Soc Temple in Hanoi’s Soc Son district, will also be introduced to the public on the occasion.

Hanoi city will take the opportunity to open a booth displaying its typical tourist products and goods that are qualified for the ‘One Commune, One Product’ programme.
