The closing ceremony was held in the solemn air and had participations of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Tien Tho, Chief of organisation board of the exhibition; representatives of provincial departments of culture, sports and tourism; enterprises and units that participated in the exhibition; reporters from central and provincial newspapers and televisions.

After six days of exhibition from 28 Aug. to 2 Sep., 2009, in an area of 10,000m², with the participation of 30 specialist management agencies and units of art activities that belong to Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 42 the provincial departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism which represented for the all regions in the country; dozens of stands of units and enterprises operating in the fields of culture, sports, travel and services. The exhibition has really attracted many people, especially staffs and students in the Culture, Sports and Tourism industries came to visit. During the exhibition happened, many art activities were performed such as excerpts cheo, cai luong, quan ho, martial arts, etc.

The exhibition section of VNAT (Vietnam National Administration of Tourism) has attracted a large number of people came to visit and find out information. In this occasion, there are nearly 700 visitors vote for Ha Long Bay to become one of the seven natural wonders of the world.

Mr. Le Tien Tho has given certificates of merit for 72 units which have many achievements in the exhibition. Organizing board also awarded certificates of "Beautiful Exhibition Stand, Beautiful Fair Stand" to some units that including the display section of VNAT. The closing ceremony ended with many excellent and unique artistic cultural acts.
