Vietnamese, foreign calligraphy works and posters on display

Phu Tho Provincial Literature and Arts Association had coordinated with other agencies to organize an international exhibition on calligraphy and posters with the theme "Study and follow President Ho Chi Minh's moral example" at the Hung Vuong Museum (Tran Phu Street, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province) from April 4 - 12, 2011.

This is one of activities to commemorate the nation’s legendary founders, the Hung Kings and President Ho Chi Minh as well as introduce the traditional culture of Vietnam.

 

About eighty calligraphy works by Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean calligraphers are on display at the exhibition, most of them being quoted from late President Ho Chi Minh’s The Prison Diary, Zen poems from the Ly-Tran dynasties and contemporary poems. Also on display at the exhibition there are 50 posters on President Ho Chi Minh.

 

At the exhibition, the calligraphers will give words to visitors. This is a beauty culture feature showing national character and the honor to talents of Vietnamese nation.
