The festival will be fantastic for children of Vietnamese ethnic minority groups. It will be an opportunity for everyone to appreciate children's talents and encourage students to study, practice and develop intelligence, ethics and aesthetics.

It will be a chance for children to exchange in organizing, preserving, restoring and developing ethnic cultural activities, folklore games, and diversify cultural and spiritual life for children.

The opening ceremony will be held at 8p.m on June 28th at the Theatre Square in Hai Phong city. After that, children will participate in art performances in five places around the city and enjoy folklore games at the seashore.

During the festival, an exhibition on children's action for sustainable environment will be organized.
