Hanoians will have an opportunity to enjoy delicious traditional dishes and beverages of the Republic of Korea (RoK) at K-Food Fair 2013, to be held at Thong Nhat Park on September 28-29.
Visitors will have a chance to take part in cooking contests with Vietnamese and Korean dishes, or to join in Korean folk games.
K-Pop dances, traditional Korean drum performances, Taekwondo demonstrations, and comedies are also scheduled for the fair.
The event is held jointly by the RoK Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the RoK Embassy in Vietnam to promote the unique features of the country's cuisine to the Vietnamese people.
A customers' conference will also be held on September 26-27 at the Grand Plaza in Hanoi, bringing together 30 RoK businesses and over 80 importers and distributors from Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
